Anir Chowdhury, Policy Advisor of a2i, represented Bangladesh at this prestigious event where he outlined what it was that brought him back to the country after nearly two decades of living in the US, fighting with bureaucrats and civil servants to convince them that technology in bettering public service delivery was not utopian for a developing nation, and finally, the combination of establishing a culture of innovation in civil service and having the political will to deliver massive digital change for a nation such as Bangladesh.
