Nooren Farhan has completed her graduation from BRAC University in Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Dhaka University in Development Studies. She has been enthusiastic about working in the development sector, particularly passionate in conducting research. Earlier, she used to work at UNDP Bangladesh as a Research and Knowledge Management Assistant. She has a delightful experience of volunteering at UNV Bangladesh as a V-Act Volunteer. She has participated in several local, national and international initiatives regarding infringement of child rights, non-discrimination, education, protection of refugees, tourism in Bangladesh etc. either as a representative of an organization, or facilitator. Book is her best friend. She prefers adventure and detective genre of books as a favorite pastime. Traveling is another area of her interest.
