Nafisa Delwar, a development professional, brings 8 years of experience to the South-South Cooperation team at a2i. Previously, she served as a Senior Manager at BRAC and Program Manager at Action Contre La Faim (ACF), showcasing expertise in project management focused on youth and women empowerment, child protection, gender inclusiveness, public health, disability, migration, climate change, and social inclusion. Nafisa holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology and excels in communication, capacity building, and advocacy. Her leadership roles reflect successful integration of advocacy into program strategies, managing government stakeholders, and producing impactful communication materials. Now being a member of the a2i South-South Cooperation team, Nafisa continues her mission to contribute to organizational growth and enhance development initiatives with her strategic thinking, leadership skills, and passion for positive change.
