Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Hossain has been working with Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme of ICT Division since 2016 and currently working as a Service Implementation Expert with the DFS & Digital Access Team. He assisted Bangladesh government to implement 333 (National helpline for information, services & grievance redress) for ensuring equal access to information and services for all citizens regardless of location, literacy and accessibility. He implemented Digital Centers for special community such as RMG workers and fish industry workers of Bangladesh for accessing their necessary public-private services, financial and e-Commerce services. He also assisted to implement Agent Banking services through the Digital Center network in partnership with different public-private banks to ensure financial services for the marginalized citizen. Currently he is working to implement SATHI- a women-led agent network to boost financial inclusion of women in Bangladesh. Mr. Iqbal did BSS & MSS in Sociology from University of Dhaka.
