Meraz holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and boasts over 11 years of professional experience across various national and international organizations. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous donor-funded projects, including The Global Fund, USAID, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, DFID etc. His roles have consistently revolved around Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research. Presently, he serves as a Consultant Research under the a2i research unit. His proficiency spans both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, encompassing data analysis and comprehensive reporting. Meraz also possesses a commendable track record in developing MEAL plans and matrices.
