Mr. Zillur Rahman has been working in a2i for the last 7+ years and he has working experience with UNDP & government. With notable experience he currently holds the position of Coordinator (Skills & Employment Generation). He has been assisting in different activities initiated by a2i engaging relevant Ministries / Divisions, Departments, development partners, National & International NGOs relevant to skills, employment & entrepreneurship. He also has experience of facilitation to ICT based Project management in different Government offices. Besides this, he has taken care of all administrative issues to more than 100 innovative projects including assessments, monitoring and evaluations of those projects for the last 5 years and more. He has also contributed in fund mobilization, time bound project implementation & donor reporting. Additionally, he has the expertise in administration area, basic PC troubleshooting, and he is a powerful user of MS Office which is an added advantage for such position and organization as well. Moreover, as a former UNDP official he has sound knowledge of different International NGOs & UN Aid Agencies.
