Md. Nahid Alam is a Senior Consultant of a2i working on implementing 4IR technologies within the Government. Under his leadership, a2i has funded many innovative ideas in Government sectors and scaled up some of the successful innovations throughout the country. In his previous role, as Head of the Know Your Customer team, he ensured all the a2i initiatives were more customer-centric and worked on the improvement of the UN e-Participation ranking for Bangladesh. His current focus is introducing 4IR technology within Government services or initiatives and implementing common solutions to ensure interoperability. He is also facilitating the national mentor panel from a2i. Mr. Nahid has been working in a2i since 2009. He completed his post-graduate in Management at National University, Bangladesh.
