Mahmudul Hassan is a technology professional with over 4 years of experience in government
systems optimization, digital transformation, and paperless office management. As a Young
Professional at Aspire to Innovate (a2i), he plays a pivotal role in the development and
enhancement of the d-Nothi System, a flagship initiative transforming public administration in
Bangladesh. His responsibilities include overseeing app development, quality assurance,
coordinating user training, and providing support to multiple ministries.

Previously, Mahmudul served as a Junior Android Developer at KROSPECT Ltd. and as a
Teaching Assistant at Daffodil International University. A distinction graduate in CSE, he excels
in Android and web app development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity, driving impactful
digital innovations. Recognized with the ICT Division Innovation Fund Award in 2022 for the
BRTA Digitalization System project, he authored three peer-reviewed journal publications on
Machine Learning topics. Mahmudul is dedicated to leveraging technology for social innovation
and fostering digital transformation.
