Mazedul Alam is a strategic communications and e-governance professional with over nine years of experience driving digital transformation in Bangladesh’s public sector. As a Consultant for E-Service at the Aspire to Innovate (A2I) Programme, he works as the D-Nothi implementation Expert, a digital filing system revolutionizing administrative efficiency.

He specializes in deploying cutting-edge technological solutions, engaging stakeholders, delivering high-impact training, and ensuring seamless system integration. Previously, he held key roles as Jr. Consultant, Programme Associate, and Young Professional, where he led digital initiatives across ministries and district offices, developed strategic reports, managed budgets, and supported large-scale software rollouts.

Earlier, he worked in business development and communication at Alpha Communication and Pearl Communications Ltd.

Mazedul holds an MSc and BSc in Economics from Jahangirnagar University, a hub of academic excellence, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in ICT. Beyond work, he enjoys traveling, sports, and community engagement.
