Ms. Qaishari, a Young Professional at Aspire to Innovate (a2i), holds degrees in Sociology from the University of Dhaka, along with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. With knowledge in social issues like violence against women, land rights, and gender empowerment, she has contributed to research-driven studies in various development organizations. She received training in qualitative data analysis using Nvivo and professional graphics design. Ms. Qaishari attended the “Asia Regional Learning Exchange and Social Inclusiveness and Youth” conference in Bali, focusing on youth leadership for sustainable livelihood and land security.
