Ms. Surma is a member of the a2i team, having joined the organization in 2017. As part of the a2i Operations team, she has been responsible for managing various HR tasks and supporting the organization’s Human Development initiatives.

She loves to spend her idle time with books. Ms. Surma completed her graduation and post-graduation majoring in Management Information Systems from the University of Dhaka.
