Mr. Jalal Uddin Ahmed is the Head of Operations at the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme under the Cabinet Division and ICT Division. With 25 years of distinguished service in the Bangladesh Civil Service, he has demonstrated expertise in the health and ICT sectors. Serving under the PMO, MoHFW, ICTD, MoD, and the UNDP, he has excelled in public procurement, supply chain management, project management, operations, finance, and HR management. His leadership in DGFP’s procurement unit and expertise in World Bank and GoB guidelines have significantly benefited the sector.

Mr. Ahmed has also advanced the ICT sector through his roles at the PMO and ICT Division under the UNDP. As Director at SPARRSO under the Ministry of Defense, his versatile leadership and commitment to innovation are well recognized.
