Ishtiaque Hussain
Ishtiaque is a specialist in public sector innovation and leads a2i’s Africa office. He has advised the governments of Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Rwanda, Sri Lanka and the Philippines on formulating inclusive innovation frameworks for civil service reform and digitizing government payments. He started his career at BRAC, where he co-founded the BRAC Social Innovation Lab.
